The cover is made from handloom cotton. The cloth is made directly from raw-cotton in the villages close to cotton fields combining traditional Indian principles of cloth-making with modern small-scale technology. It avoids baling and un-bailing of cotton by heavy machinery and unnecessary transport. It has a beautiful texture, is soft and keeps its shape for ages. Handloom weaving is today the largest non-farm employer in the country, and mostly rural at that. Each region has its particular weave, and that's the beauty of handloom.
The pages are made from recycled jute fibre and have not been treated with any colour or dye; they get the off-white shade naturally while the jute rags are being beaten into pulp to make the paper.

Love this journal, as I love all Anand Prakash journals I've tried. I use this journal with a fountain pen, and as long as the pressure is okay, it doesn't bleed and glides beautifully. I love the textured paper, the natural looking color, and the rustic jute cover. I purchased many Anand Prakash recycled paper journals and use them for different purposes depending on what the aesthetic makes me think about.
Very well planned range of products that actually connect with Indian sentiments. Hoping for further innovative ranges of diverse products. The journal I took up came up very nice, good picture quality.
The silk diary and gold plated brass pen are truly opulent. Made for special literary art. I was looking to make a collection of my favourite poems and I knew Anand Prakash would have just the right thing.
Just if a cap to the pen would be provided it would be perfect.
Beautiful book. Looks classy and luxurious. I have given it 4 stars since the pages aren't the rustic handmade paper that I love. But other than that, it's a perfect gift for someone who likes to write.

I recently bought Anand Prakash stationery as a birthday gift for a dear friend, and her reaction said it all—she called it the most beautiful gift she has ever received. Each item truly looks like it’s been crafted with incredible patience and artistic finesse. The fine gold plate, the intricate details—everything speaks of love, perfection, and timeless elegance. It’s rare to find products that feel so thoughtfully made. This isn’t just stationery, it’s art.
The Coffee-themed Journal proudly perched on the coffee table, its pages brimming with untold stories and quiet reflections, waiting to be discovered over a sip of coffee!
These are the 4th I ordered. They are so beautiful, and the packaging is so lovely. Thank you very much! The people at Anand Prakash are so attentive to details and their customers. I will continue ordering from them. :)
Like all Anand Prakash products, this journal is sophisticated, elegant and divine. The quality is top notch; every time I have gifted this to my dear ones, they have loved and cherished it.
