All our products are handmade by skilled craftsmen, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. Tool marks and slight imperfections are part of the process and evidence of hand working, polishing and coating. As in the old days, all sharp edges are hand filed or sanded, polished and coated with a special protective layer.
Yes, we ship to a few countries serviced by FedEx/DHL, the list of countries is available on our “Shipping” page. You can shop online through our website at www.anandprakash.com.
You can choose to buy any product through our web portal. In case you would like to make a corporate, bulk or a customized order, you can write to us on customercare@anandprakash.com and we will help you through the purchase process.
Currently we do not have a call in number for placing orders. Please follow the steps in the online checkout process on the website.
During the payment process you will be given a confirmation that your credit card has been successfully processed. You will also be sent an order confirmation number through an email from Anand Prakash Online(customercare@anandprakash.com), to your registered email address.
You can log-in to our website and check the “My Account” section to see the status of your package.
We offer six months warranty for any manufacturing defects. Should you need help, please write to us at customercare@anandprakash.com
We maintain dedicated stock of the items listed on our website. the product detail page will tell you exactly how many pieces are available for purchase. in case you need a larger quantity than what is listed, please get in touch with us at customercare@anandprakash.com so that we can make arrangements for your requirement accordingly.
You have to register on www.anandprakash.com when you place an order.
You can modify your order at any time during the shopping process by editing/modifying your shopping cart. Once you confirm payment for the items in your shopping cart, the order is considered as final and cannot be modified.
Once you confirm payment of your order, your order cannot be changed or cancelled. However, if the order has not been shipped, you can mail us for cancellation on customercare@anandprakash.com write to us from our Contact Us page.
We accept all UPI, MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Cash Cards, Net banking(domestic only) and Debit Cards. We also accept American Express Cards.
Your credit card will be charged at the time of placing your order through our secure payment gateway. (An online real-time authorization is done through the payment gateway)
Your order will be billed in INR(Indian Rupees). All the prices shown on the website are in INR(Indian Rupees).
In order for us to successfully process your credit card, you must provide the billing address, which is used, for your credit card. You can change the same anytime by logging into your account.
We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. We usually require 1-3 working days to process your order. However, if the quantities ordered are in bulk it may take longer to process the order. In such cases we keep you posted through email. In case of International deliveries, your order will take approximately 1-3 weeks to reach you after dispatch from our warehouse in New Delhi. All domestic orders are shipped via Bluedart. All international orders are shipped via FedEx/DHL.
Expedited shipping is chargeable and available for a few cities and pin codes in India. You can write to us at customercare@anandprakash.com or from our Contact Us page.
All anandprakash.com orders are shipped door-to-door, via Bluedart, FedEx or DHL from our warehouse in New Delhi, India to your provided shipping address.
Sorry we do not ship backorders.
We can only process one shipping address per order, so if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders.
No. Since we offer door-to-door deliveries through FedEx/DHL, you must include full address details including a street address, postal code and mobile number.
All orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in New Delhi, India to your provided shipping address via FedEx/DHL. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with FedEx/DHL to custom-clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice from FedEx/DHL for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay them directly at the time of delivery.
After we dispatch your order, we email you a confirmation with the courier name, airway bill number and date of dispatch. You can check the status of your package by entering your order ID or tracking no. on https://anandprakash.com/apps/tracking
Once we receive your order, we take approximately 1-3 working days to process your order before handing it over to FedEx/Bluedart/DTDC/DHL for delivery. If you would like to change your shipping address for an order which you have already placed, we will try to accommodate your requests if we still have the package in our possession. Please contact us at customercare@anandprakash.com with your requested change and we will send you an email reply to confirm if we were able to make the change. If we have already handed your order over to FedEx/Bluedart/DTDC/DHL then we are unable to make any shipping address changes. Please note that we will not be able to change the address of an order placed for India delivery to International delivery or vice versa since the pricing for India and international deliveries is different from each other.
In case of International and domestic shipping FedEx/Bluedart/DTDC/DHL will attempt delivery at the delivery address specified by you in the order, before they contact us that your package is not deliverable. If you have not received the package you can check the status of your package by logging onto their website. If the package status is shown as undeliverable please call FedEx Customer Service or Bluedart customer service at their local number and quote your tracking number to trace your package.
We do not take responsibility if the delivery address provided by you is incorrect or outdated. If a package is returned to us because the address is incorrect or outdated we will consider the order status as closed, and no refund will be issued. Please carefully check to make sure that you have supplied a current and correct shipping address. Always mention the postcode and a local telephone number in case the courier partner needs to get in touch with you.
If you supply a Post Office Box for your shipping address, FedEx/DHL will not be able to deliver your package. We will try to catch this problem prior to shipping. If a package is returned to us because the address is incorrect or outdated we will consider the order status as closed, and no refund will be issued. Please make sure that you do not supply a Post Office Box No. for your shipping address.
In case of International and domestic deliveries FedEx/Bluedart/DTDC/DHL will make attempts to deliver your package. If any duties or taxes are due, then the courier partner will require payment at the time of delivery. If you are generally not home during delivery hours, please use a shipping address where someone will be available to sign for the package. If the courier agent deems it necessary to obtain a signature and has made repeated delivery attempts, then the package is returned to us as undeliverable. If the package status is shown as undeliverable please call the courier partner at their local number and quote your tracking number to trace your package.
If you are sending a gift to someone and they refuse to accept the package, because they think it is being sent to them in error, then the package will be returned to us as undeliverable. By informing your gift recipient that they should expect a package you will help us ensure that they receive your gift. All import duties and taxes have to be paid by the recipient.
